Privacy is Our Business

SuperDapp Ltd. values, respects and endorses the privacy and anonymity of all our users. We are strongly committed to protecting the confidential security and integrity of any information, in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy explains SuperDapp Ltd.’s handling of your information. We will update our Privacy Policy when needed to ensure it is current. Therefore, please revisit this policy in the future.

Protecting Your Information

The security of your information is imperative to us. The core of our business model is to protect the privacy of our users and their data. Within the technical and legal boundaries, we will keep innovating and pushing the boundaries to maintain the best private and secure communication platform. SuperDapp uses strong end-to-end encryption with advanced blockchain technology and zero-knowledge principles to protect its user’s online privacy. SuperDapp protects your online privacy and financial transactions by encrypting all of your communication and data, using cutting-edge security and technologies.

Data Collection

SuperDapp Ltd. collects and utilizes only the minimum personal information required and which you provide to us voluntarily. We collect your email address upon SuperDapp account creation. When setting up an account with SuperDapp, you need to enable your recovery key. A verification code to activate your SuperDapp account is sent to your email address provided. This Privacy Policy covers the complete Crypto Suite™ of private and secure messaging, calling, crypto wallet and cloud storage. What data is available to us and why is listed below for each category:

Emails: You are required to provide your email address at signup. All emails provided to us during the account creation are confidential information and your email will never be sold, shared, given, leased or disclosed to any third parties. Due to extra security matters, your email is required for us to send you the account recovery key when enabling account recovery at account setup. You will receive a welcome email to this email address, and if you choose to contact us from this email address for any support, we may request some information from you in order to deal with any queries.

Chats/Inbox/files/contacts: We do not have access to any message/file/contact content as it is highly encrypted. Once a SuperDapp account is created, you will be able to see who of your contacts are also a SuperDapp user ‘Friends on SuperDapp’. This will give you an opportunity to connect easily on SuperDapp. We do have access to the following records: Number of messages sent, storage space used, the total number of messages, last login time and IP country code. This information is required for functional purposes.

Wallet: To activate the SuperDapp wallet, you will already have created a SuperDapp account, enabled your recovery key and therefore have a SuperDapp username. When using the SuperDapp wallet, we automatically collect users’ IP addresses.

Third-Party

SuperDapp Wallet relies on certain 3rd party services. Some of these services may collect personal information such as, but not limited to, your public wallet address. Using the SuperDapp Wallet, you acknowledge that SuperDapp relies on these 3rd party services and that you will be governed by their Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies. SuperDapp works with contractors who may be provided with your information in order to improve our services or resolve technical issues.

Managing Your Data

Your data belongs to you and you can delete it at any time. Your account information can be changed anytime by logging into your account and changing or deleting information. You can request your SuperDapp account to be deleted at any time.

Data Retention

If you wish to delete your account, we will erase all your remaining encrypted account data from our servers. Email, chats, folders/files will be permanently deleted. Deleting your SuperDapp account eliminates access to the app features. Should you decide to close your SuperDapp account you can restore your wallet to a different wallet supplier using your private recovery phrase. Any free SuperDapp accounts that are inactive for more than 12 months may be automatically deleted.

Data Storage

All data is, at any given time, stored in an encrypted format. Temporary backups are also fully encrypted. We have no way of accessing your encrypted data and hence cannot recover your account password, should you lose it.

Waiver

The failure of SuperDapp Ltd. to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Non-Disclosure

SuperDapp Ltd. has a zero-disclosure policy. We will not respond to any requests from authorities regarding information about users, logs, data or similar. We do not comply with any non-governmental or government agency’s request to disclose information unless backed up by applicable court orders, which all businesses must comply with.

Technically

We use physical, electronic and sophisticated security methods to prevent unauthorized access and we maintain data privacy to ensure correct protection of information. We use robust FIPS 142-2 compliant encryption technologies and algorithms, including AES 256, RSA, Elliptic Curve, Key Authentication algorithms, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL/TLS). Our entire user’s data is stored in encrypted form and no one, not even the SuperDapp Ltd. staff, has any access to it. In addition, user accounts are protected by multi-factor authentication (optional). Our servers are hosted in a highly secure data center. Furthermore, our Secure Sockets Layers (SSL) with extended validation ensures the highest degree of authentication available. Again, even if data was compromised, it would be of no use, as all data is highly encrypted. We also refer to the Non-Disclosure section below.

Cookies

SuperDapp uses a time-limited encrypted session cookie on our platform. No persistent cookies are ever used on the platform. Once the individual session ends, the session cookie is deleted. On the website, we use Google Analytics. Google Analytics tracks website activity (including your IP address) and is stored by Google on servers in the US.

Payments

This applies only to users who are using our SuperDapp Wallet. Third parties process all electronic payment transactions and SuperDapp Ltd. does not retain any customer payment information.
